Fast Loop Filters:
To satisfy the extremely wide range of requirements for analyzer sample filters, United Filtration supplies a complete line of filter housings in stainless steel, polypropylene, and other corrosion resistant materials, as well as a choice of high efficiency filter elements which are inert to most all liquids and gases. In keeping with our extensive line, we were the original suppliers of fast loop filters for liquid sample conditioning.
These fast loop filters are recommended for use in heavily contaminated liquid sample systems where a traditional T-type filter clogs too quickly based on filtering the entire stream. The fast loop filters only filter the sample stream thus prolonging filter life.
We have six standard fast loop filters sizes, and provide custom sizes based on your specific needs. For best results, make sure to keep a minimum of a 4 to 1 flow ratio between the fast loop flow and sample flow, and use the smallest micron filter element possible that still provides the flow necessary.
